We'll have a conversation to go over what you're in need of and from then, a custom prescription is designed with you (and only you!) in mind. This plan will cover 4 full weeks of either functional movement, breath-work, mindfulness and slow practices, or all - plus, a run through of your plan so you can make the most of it.
Also included is a follow-up consultation and as many email (or social media) check-ins as you feel would best support you. The last thing I want is for you to feel confused and stop your plan mid-way.
