What to bring?
Please bring a mat and make sure your bladder is empty for the duration of each class. During class you will lie still for approximately 60 minutes so you want to be as comfortable and warm as possible - wear comfortable clothing, PJs are welcome. The entire class is done in Savasana (laying down on your back).
