Covering 4 full weeks of yoga practices that are meant for supporting your very specific wellness goals. Them being mobility, stress reduction, aches and pains, whatever you are in need of tuning up.
You'll plan will include a combination of breath work, meditation, yoga sequences, yogic sleep, etc. Whatever I feel is needed to incorporate into your week.
You will receive your plan within 48 hours after our meeting and I will provide a run through the variety of practices so you can make the most of your plan at home.
You will have access and support from me throughout your 4 week plan for any clarification and doubts. After you've dedicated yourself to your plan, we'll schedule a follow up session on the 5th week.
Practices are meant to help ease physical and/or emotional pain through posture sequences, breath work, mindfulness tools, and other yoga therapy practices.
