I think this episode could really resonate with many of you. Mainly because there's a certain pressure to "always" be positive and happy to really make a change in your life, and you might be wanting something a little different right now.
Though I may agree, up to a certain extent with maintaining positivity, being the complete opposite can have an impact you won't want to brush off.
