It's taken quite a few months of back and forth, doubt, and many many jitters but I've finally put it together and made this podcast LIVE. Aaahhh!!!

On a weekly basis, I'll be hosting inspiring guests and highlighting their personal stories in an effort to bring awareness to the wonderful people that they are and, hopefully, motivate you to find that courage to step forward.
I'll also be hosting short, 5 minutes or less, mantra and affirmation episodes to help realign your mindset at the start of the week.
