I spend a lot of time on my feet - barefoot that is! So when I wear shoes for long periods of time, I somehow get very tired legs.
It's a bit of a head-scratcher but it's true. My thought is that my feet are so used to gripping the floor beneath them that, when there's a shoe that breaks that connection, they literally tense up and freak out!
Which is why, this cooling foot butter comes in handy.
All I do is rub some on the bottoms of my feet and work my way up my legs. Then, I move into Legs Up the Wall and stay there for a while.
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup mango butter
1 tsp vitamin E oil
15 drops tea tree essential oil
5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
15 drops peppermint essential oil
Place coconut oil & mango butter in mixer. Stir essential oils + vitamin E oil until creamy and lighter in colour. Store in a closed container and use within a few months (I’ve had mine since December).
For extra cooling power, store in the fridge.
Enjoy the ease of making your very own! Keep it near if you tend to be on your feet during the day.
